The Peter Fetterman Gallery held the opening and book signing of Roger Deakins’ exhibition of portraits and landscapes he has photographed over the years, some from his book “Byways”. They were generous with their time and very sweet. We talked about Armenia. 🇦🇲 Roger Deakins asked me when the US House Speaker was to visit Armenia and stated the importance of the US’ attention to the situation. I was and am very moved. I didn’t forget to tell him I am a big fan of his work! And I will definitely visit Devon one day.⁠ ⁠ 🎥 ⁠ ⁠ One of my all-time favorite films, 1917, was shot by Roger Deakins, and his wife James worked on it with him.
