We had the opportunity to catch up with Russell Allen from Arri Rental, UK. It had been far too long since we last met up in person and it was great to see him. Russell is very much a part of Team Deakins - we couldn’t do it without him. He was our rock when we shot 1917 on a camera which had not even been released at that point. He went through the learning curve with us….and kept his cool at all times.
