#SummerSpotlight with Darby Diedrich ‘24: This summer I worked as an intern for Prime finance as an analyst with the San Francisco team. Prime Finance is a non-recourse commercial real estate lender that has funded different business opportunities across the U.S. Since starting in 2008, Prime has funded over 659 U.S. loans totaling over $15 billion. This internship has provided me with insight on the commercial real estate investment process. I worked on the initial sizing models and underwriting of new potential investments.
