#SummerSpotlight with Sam Lynch ‘23: This summer Sam interned as an analyst for Civico Development, a start-up residential development firm that focuses on multi-family mixed income and affordable housing projects in New England. Sam’s experience at Civico has allowed him to apply his data and policy analytical skills to local housing markets and better understand sustainable development and housing for those in need. Simultaneously he has been working as a research assistant for Professor Kraft in the Education Department.
