The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have brought back American receiver Steven Dunbar Jr. The six-foot-three, 202-pound target played 13 games with the Edmonton Elks in 2023 and caught 39 passes for 536 yards and five touchdowns. He was the third-highest-paid receiver in the league but was released so the team could avoid paying him an off-season roster bonus worth $65,000. The native of New Orleans, La. started his CFL career as a member of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in 2021. He made 116 catches for 1,630 yards and 10 touchdowns over two seasons with the club and was named an East Division all-star in 2022. #Elks #ElksCharge #Edmonton #Hamilton #Ticats #TigerCats #HamONT #Steeltown #CFL #Canadian #Football #Houston #UFL
