If we register your company for you through Companies House, we will use our accountancy address as your registered company address. Many accountants will do the same. Or you can use a third-party agent who will give you an address to use. HMRC lists third-party agents who provide this service on its website. The address you register must be: • a physical address in the UK • in the same country in which your company is registered You can use any address you want, other than a PO Box, provided it's located in the same country where you set up your company. Bear in mind that your company’s registered office address will be publicly available on the online register which is why it’s not advisable to use your home address.
