'Portraits of Life with Mental Illness' provides a platform for the subjects and their caregivers to relate their experiences in an effort to normalize the conversation surrounding mental health. The film focuses on the lived experiences of each subject, some of whom are “lifting the mask” by telling their stories publicly for the first time.
