Meet another one of our Class of 2024 #KnightsToKnow, Hardika Patel! Hardika recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in English and a minor in Secondary Education. While studying at Arcadia, Hardika was a part of the Social Action and Justice Education (SAJE) Fellowship, mentoring and working with first-year students in their classes, helping to enhance their college experience. Hardika plans to start working at a high school or middle school while pursuing graduate school. This February, Hardika presented on enhancing student engagement and classroom culture, with a focus on supporting BIPOC students at the EduCon Conference at The Science Leadership Academy Philadelphia. In her presentation, she demonstrated the implementation of the Circle of Power and Respect (CPR) in teacher education classrooms.
