When traveling to Vietnam, most people visit places like Ha Long Bay but forget about venturing off to places like Cat Ba Island! 🇻🇳 The only way to get to Cat Ba Island is on boat that departs off from Ha Long Bay. There are only a couple of times it departs to and from the island, so you wanna make sure you’re checking departure times (and not get stuck on the island like me 🤭). What surprised me the most was that people were bringing buses and cars on the boat, but I recommend renting a motor bike instead!
