Fighting my fear of the unknown felt more like a breakthrough than listening to people’s opinions on whether traveling across the globe during the tail end of a global shutdown was a smart idea. Solo traveling across Southeast Asia for 7-months was more than I could’ve asked for and this journey will always remain special in my heart, forever. I always feel some type of nervousness before traveling to any country alone but the moment I step out of any airport, it’s like all my worries disappear.
