During my Southeast Asia trip, Malaysia has been the country I've traveled the least amount of time in yet has been one of my favorite countries. I arrived in Malaysia at night and since it was my first time there, I wasn't entirely comfortable going out and exploring alone. But from my first full day, I fell in love with Kuala Lumpur City since it felt the most like home. From the people to the architecture and FOOD, I instantly found myself wanting to stay in Malaysia long term.
I’ve officially left Malaysia and now, I feel as if I'm 'rushing' a bit since I'm more than halfway done with my Southeast Asia trip. Crazy to think that in 6 months, I've properly traveled to 5 countries (some more than once) and before the year ends, I will be back in the states!
