ABOUT WARREN: I'm a firefighter in Tasmania, Australia. Our job here is varied, no matter what the task I aim to photograph our experiences how we see it. The rest of the time I can be found at the beach. WARREN'S PROJECT VISION: My aim is to capture women firefighters as an essential part of the team; not heroic, not special, no greater, no less working - As equals in a challenging environment. I hope women will be able to look at these images and see themselves, working in a team where they can belong and be inspired to pursue an exciting career.
