After eight months of hard work, Bobby Ehasz of Pompatus Brewing has transformed the dark, cavernous space into a lighter, brighter, and more welcoming brewery. Brewer Caleb Brown, previously with Platform/AB and Thirsty Dog, has crafted a delicious selection of beers for the grand opening, including IPAs, a cream ale, a helles, and a house-brewed lime seltzer.
