This video is from the first couple of days of me being able to walk again unassisted, describing the feeling and getting back into more rigorous activity. I think the key part of this video is the last thirty seconds, and it speaks about trusting your doctors, doing the work, and not overdoing the work to help you get back to where you want to be.
