#ThankABoardMember series and asked the following questions to Larry Nagelbush, a Member of the Board of Trustees:
1. Tell us about yourself. (Where are you from, what kind of work you have done, etc.).
I was born in Cleveland, Ohio but moved to Hollywood, Florida, in 1957. I graduated from high school in 1965 and joined the United States Navy, where I trained as a hospital corpsman specializing in neuropsychiatry. I was discharged in 1970 and began attending Florida Atlantic University (FAU), where I studied business management. Then, I joined my Dad and Sister in the family construction business. I retired in Boynton Beach, Florida, in 2009. My wife Laurie and I built our home in Crescent Beach in 2015 and became permanent residents of St. Johns County in 2016.
2. Why did you become involved with the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, and how long have you been affiliated with the organization?
