We continue our #ThankABoardMember series, and asked the following questions to Doris Wiles, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees: 1. Tell us about yourself. (Where are you from, what kind of work you have done, etc.). I am the child of German immigrants, born in Chicago and raised on the East Coast. I graduated from the University of Florida, studying English and German. My husband, Doug, and I spent our first three years of marriage in Germany, where he served in the Army. Although I have been a Life and Health Insurance Agent, I have mostly volunteered in our community. I served as a member of the Junior Women’s Club, on the St. Augustine Humane Society board for over 20 years, and as a member and past president of the Woman’s Exchange of St. Augustine. 2.
