The Customer is Always Wrong đ
Every single time.
Letâs pretend youâre a personal trainer.
(And hopefully you are, because otherwise Iâve got some lead-generation people to fire đ )
And as a PT, you find that youâre client or prospect begins telling you how you should train them or what their macros should be.
Given the general âthe customer is always rightâ cliche, youâd just try to make them happy and accommodate their wants.
But let me ask you this:
Why did they come to you for help in the first place?
Go ahead, Iâll wait.
Right, because they wanted to get in shape and didnât know how to train or what to eat!
In fact, theyâve tried other diets and workout programs before, but nothing got them CONSISTENT results, correct?
So doesnât that mean up until now theyâve been WRONG about what they should be doing fitness wise?
Of course it does!
So why the FUCK would you pretend âthe customer is always rightâ or let them try to tell you how to coach them?
