Here’s the update, I know y’all are ready... We haven’t closed yet, I’m putting the cart before the horse or in this case the beach chairs before the house! We close in May and the house is already rented until August from previous owner. My plan is getting into the house in August to put our touch on her and make it all Linen & Flax-ed out!
