In 15 years when someone comes over to my home and sees this jersey hanging on my wall and asks “what about this one?” I know I’ll always start the story with a smile. Although it’s not a fairytale ending, this was the jersey that changed it all. This was the jersey that started the BEST chapter for women’s hockey. This was the jersey that was in arenas so loud that you couldn’t even hear your teammate next to you. This was the jersey that simply said BOSTON on the front and that’s all it needed for it to make a statement. Extremely grateful to have been a part of this amazing group of women. Our group showed how to be tough, resilient and how to play for one another. A recipe I’ll take on any team, any day. Thank you @pwhl_boston for giving me the chance to play in one of the best sports cities in the world. Thank you to the fans for showing up every game. This season surpassed everything I could have ever dreamed of and the best part now is the dream is visible for ALL.
