A big shoutout to one of my amazing platinum clients, Anna 👏
She was coming off an ankle injury when we started working together, which limited her ability to train. So, in the first few months, we focussed heavily on nutrition with additional one-on-one mindset coaching to work on her motivation, all whilst she continued her ankle rehab.
During this time, we worked incredibly hard on making her more organised with her meals and as a result, she has a much more consistent eating routine.
Once she was able to train, I gradually built up her training program to ensure she could stay active and keep moving with the limitations she had. Now, Anna is stronger than ever, consistently smashing her training by hitting PBs and has lost an amazing 18kgs!
