What's something that you've wanted to pick up as a daily habit but you can't quite get it to stick? Let's take the example of mindfulness, it's a great practice to have in your daily routine but understanding how to integrate it can be tricky.
The first thing many people do when they first open their eyes is reach over for their phone. Either to scroll through social media, check their emails or reply to friends. Are any of these things productive to do first thing in the morning or could this time be better spent doing something else, like 10-15 minutes of meditation, stretching, or getting out in some nature for a morning walk.
Take a step back and look at your daily routine to fully understand what your time is spent on and how it could be better used. Small changes can lead to big results.
