How do I stay motivated to train when I'm travelling for work? Motivation comes and goes but the habits you build will be with you for the long run. A workout is a sense of normality for me whilst I'm away from home as it helps me manage any stress I'm experiencing and gives me a sense of comfort when I'm constantly going from one place to the next. Even when I've been travelling for hours on end and running on very little sleep, the endorphin boost I get at the end of a workout is always worth it. Especially as in turn exercise helps sleep quality, so it's a win-win situation. It's true what they say, "sometimes a workout is all the therapy you need".
