Finding the time to do exercise isn't always easy but here are my top tips to MAKING the time in your day: 1. The average person spends over 2 hours a day scrolling through social media, so if you cut that time down to an hour, that's an hour that you can spend doing exercises you enjoy! 2. If you struggle waking up early to do exercise, why not give evening sessions a go? Take your gym clothes with you to work so you have no excuse but to go straight after work or even try going on your lunch break. 3. Home workouts can be a great solution, as you can put on a 20-30 minute class and do your workout in the comfort of your own home. 4. Schedule in your workouts the same way you'd organise a work meeting or seeing a friend. Moving your body is a privilege so it deserves to be a priority!
