I created my Facebook group, MI Coaching Group, during the start of lockdowns in March 2020 to provide a place for my clients and followers alike to feel connected with others and find positivity amidst the challenging times we were all facing. I never expected this page to grow into the community it is! Not only has the group grown to acquire members from across the world, but the members have fostered a true sense of community as they support each other, connect, grow together. 😊 Katie is an excellent example of the members you can expect on the page. Throughout every challenge, she has become more and more vulnerable as she has shared her journey of making her physical and mental health a priority.
