We are currently on week 8 of the ten weeks 'Healthy Lifestyle Habits' challenge I am running on my Facebook group. Each week, group members are challenged to incorporate one new healthy habit into their daily routine. These habits have ranged from going for a 30-minute walk every morning to drinking 3L of water a day. While each of these habits may appear simple, they can have an immense impact on the decisions you make for the rest of the day! A paper published by a Duke University researcher shared that more than 40% of the actions people perform weren't decisions but habits!
