My Fitness Transformation: I had always lived a very active lifestyle as my parents introduced me to sports from the ripe age of five, which led to me playing sports until my late 20's. When I was younger, I could be described as that skinny kid with just skin on bones, which became worse when I hit puberty at 15 years old. I shot up to 6'1" but didn't gain a gram of muscle. All through high school, my weight was stuck at 75kgs. As a guy, one of the last things you want to be called is "skinny". What motivated me to start my fitness journey was playing Aussie rules football, one of the most physical sports. I soon realised I needed to increase my muscle mass to avoid serious injury and to cope with the physical demands of AFL. So what did I do?
