Those of you who already have my book will know how much I love dumplings or mandu! My favorite filling is my grandmother’s kimchi and tofu filling. This version adds a little msg (which my mom actually suggested) and red bell peppers (which adds a little sweetness). The recipe is otherwise quite similar. That said, it’s really hard to explain folding techniques without a video, which is why I decided to put this together! I hope you enjoy and comment “dumpling” if you want the recipe! :)
