Summertime is here which means the Sacramento Public Library’s “Summer Reading Challenge” is back and better than ever! I had the special chance to be invited to the library system’s “Summer Reading Launch Party.” Full of vibrancy, excitement, and lots of book love, I enjoyed every second of the saclib launch event! How does the summer reading program work? Well, when you read stories, from picture books, to graphic novels, to middle grade, to YA, you have the chance to win special prizes.
