Skating isnāt just about speed, itās about maximizing your power in every push off of the legs.
The Quadruped Single (or straight) Leg Abduction targets the muscles that are responsible for those powerful, explosive movements and also improves hip range of motion.
This allows for a lower, deeper skating position and ensures full extension of the stride leg without restriction, enabling more powerful and efficient movement.
You can add it as a warm-up at the beginning of your workout to activate the glutes or use it as a burn-out at the end for a spicy finisher š¶ļø
