Today was one of my proudest moments of serving as the MLA for Timberlea-Prospect. We have secured funds from all 3 levels of government to build the Beechville, Lakeside, Timberlea Community Centre. The new fully-accessible recreation and fitness facility will better support current and future generations by replacing the existing community centre (formerly a school). The Government of Canada is investing more than $3.9 million. The Government of Nova Scotia is contributing nearly $3.3 million.
