Attention cyclists and commuters along Prospect Road (Highway 333). I have recently secured funding to continue with Active Transportation lanes from Brookside Road to Terence Bay Road, in #WhitesLake. The project is tentatively planned to start in late June. It will be daytime work, but with restrictions between sunrise to 8:30 am and between 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm to allow for peak traffic flows. One of my top priorities has been to encourage active modes of transportation, and improve overall road safety. Within days of the completion of the first phase last year I noticed an increase of people running, walking, and cycling along #Goodwood and #HatchetLake Hoping this will encourage more! 🚴🏃🚶🧑‍🦼🧑‍🦯🧑‍🦽
