The town of Bridgewater is one of only five national finalists for Infrastructure Canada's 5 million Smart Cities Challenge prize. They have a plan to end energy poverty by making energy more efficient, installing solar, wind, hydro energy and storage systems, and developing clean and active transportation systems. We were not surprised to see the solar panels outside city hall today.
