🌟Our May GX Instructor Spotlight is Ashlie Bowman🌟
Ashlie is from Toney, AL and works as a Program Coordinator for Wellness and Work-Life at UA. She currently teaches kick-boxing, power-half hour and power yoga, but she also can teach other strength classes, cycle, boot camp and HIIT.
Favorite thing to do outside of UREC:
"I love to read and travel, but lately I would say my favorite thing to do outside of the gym is play disc golf. It’s a very inclusive hobby because it’s cheap and anyone can do it, plus you get to be outside and enjoy quality time with friends and family."

"For cardio, I’d say the Crookers remix of Day ‘N’ Nite by Kid Cudi, but for heavy weightlifting it’s got to be Enter Sandman by Metallica"
