Our GX Instructor Spotlight for February is cycling instructor Ammi Lopez🌟 Ammi is from Veracruz, Mexico. She is in her last semester of the DMA program in the School of Music and has played the flute for 21 years. Ammi discovered her passion for cycling while looking for ways to relieve stress in her Master's program. Favorite thing to do outside of UREC: "I love learning about different cultures and would love to learn more languages to travel and connect with people all over the world." Favorite song to workout to: "Electricity-Dua Lipa, Silk City" Fitness Tip: "Workout with a group of people, it is more enjoyable and more motivating." Why did you become a GX instructor?
