🌟Our January GX Instructor Spotlight is Adam Brooks!🌟⠀ ⠀ Adam is an Assistant Professor of Communication Studies and the Director of the Public Speaking Program. He is from Kansas, MO, and came to UA in 2010 where he graduated with his M.A. and Ph.D. Adam teaches DAZE & HardCORE. ⠀ ⠀ Favorite thing to do outside of UREC: ⠀ "Watch trash television, and also make content on TikTok"⠀ ⠀ Favorite song to workout to: ⠀ "Body by Megan Thee Stallion will hype me up for any lift, dance, or any other situation you might need."⠀ ⠀ Fitness Tip:⠀ "You are never going to WANT to go to the gym, instead build a habit and routine that is outside of your feelings or motivations so you can keep consistency.
