After Hurricane Ida, we’ve heard some folks ask, "Why stay in Louisiana?” That’s easy. We stay because of the people, the passion, and the perseverance cooked into every corner of this state—from the quietest bayous to the loudest streets and everywhere between. We stay because this is our history. We stay because this is our home. And over the past 5 weeks, we’ve never been prouder to call Louisiana home. The stories we’ve heard of neighbors helping neighbors, both here on social media and down the bayou when we were serving hot meals, warmed our hearts. We know this is just the start of a long road back, but with people like these, we have no doubt that Louisiana will carry on stronger than ever - together. So let’s keep going, keep cooking, and keep spreading joy. Because we are all #LouisianaStrong together. And we're not going anywhere. . . . #LouisianaFishFry #HomemadeLouisianaFlavor #LifeinLouisiana #Louisiana #LifeOnTheBayou #Southerners #SouthernCooking #LouisianaLife #BatonRo...
