Elaine Valencia, NP, Erin Jennings, NP, Kathleen McCrink, NP, and Bincy Abraham, NP, are the transplant nurse practitioners that form the backbone of Westchester Medical Center’s heart transplant program. They guide heart failure patients from pre-transplant education to organ-need listing and outpatient services for life.
