January is Cervical Health Awareness Month, and a great reminder to schedule a routine cervical health screening. The CDC recommends Pap tests beginning at age 21 and HPV and Pap testing between the ages of 30-65. Talk to your provider about your risks and an appropriate screening schedule. The American Cancer Society estimated more than 14,000 U.S. women received a cervical cancer diagnosis in 2022 and more than 4,000 died from the disease. Screening is a simple and effective way to monitor cervical health. Our Institute for Women's Health and Wellness provides comprehensive women's healthcare services at multiple locations. Call 833.329.0095 to schedule your screening and visit the link in our bio for additional information on women's health services. #CervicalCancer #CervicalCancerAwarenessMonth
