usapowerliftingwomen 🙏 2023 was a record year for the Women of USA Powerlifting. * Membership rose by over 1,500 athletes (this number is through November, so we anticipate it being closer to 2,000). That is a direct correlation to you wanting to share the excitement and thrill of the platform with your friends, and loving on every female that joins our community. * Yueh-Chun Chang was Inducted into the Women’s Hall of Fame for her contribution to the sport and the strength community. * Females are showing up in a big way, as referees, to give back to the sport. Although females make up only 30% of the overall membership, they make up on average, 43% of the rederee pool. THANK YOU for giving back!!! * Female only meets skyrocketed to 19 meets this year, and we anticipate shooting past that in 2024.
