📔Summary turnaround of one of the worst parks we have ever purchased. -2 out of 5 Stars.📈 This property was the definition of a slum. The owner had not been to the property in 8 years and was even surprised how bad it was when we did our walkthrough. It was an armpit for the city and was 100% in line for redevelopment. There were 56 homes, all park owned. 70% vacant and owner was collecting maybe half of the rent. All of the homes were brought up to standard and sold to families. The Park is now 95% Collected, and all homes are tenant owned.
