📈📊Scale your Real Estate Business. Everything is easier at scale. I’d rather own a piece of a 150 million dollar portfolio rather than owning 100% of a 2 million dollar park. I had a limiting belief in the beginning of wanting to own it all! This caused me to think smaller and look at deals that just would have been a headache for me. But in fact you never own it all especially if your working with a bank! No big deal. I never want to pay it off in full. That’s an old idea! I recommend to scale but if you just want to buy a small park and cash flow it. That’s fine too and will work.
