🚨DO NOT underpay your property managers. If you do they will find ways to steal from in one way or another. I’m telling you. This may not come in the form of directly taking cash 💵 from the register. It could be: not being at the property when they are supposed to be, charging you more for work they procure, not taking care in choosing 🚧contractors, not following up as well as they should with delinquencies, the list could be endless.😱😵 ‼️If you want quality you have to pay for quality and pay them well. If you have only a small park, this can make it a little difficult because the revenue is not there to justify the spend. And I get it, maybe it works sometimes to give free lot rent to Joe in lot 8, but this has often been a failure for us. 🤔🤷🏼‍♂️Maybe I’ve just had the wrong people.
