How big do you have to get to go full time in #mobilehomeparks or #realestateinvesting ? In my opinion you want to get to a point where doing your 9-5 does not make sense anymore. This happened to me when we hit 900 lots. My 9-5 was costing me more time and it was not feasible anymore. I suggest keeping the 9-5 as long as it makes sense.
