MHPs have many problems to deal with even though, in theory, the tenants own their own homes so you don’t have maitenance calls. You still have maintenance calls because the infrastructure in these parks is typically very old so you have backed up sewers, broken pipes, and the tenants still call. Trust me. A stabilized community will be a bit less stressful but it’s a Mobile Home Park!
