I blinked & it’s the 10 year anniversary of my high school graduation! 👀 I played & sang mileycyrus “The Climb” at our ceremony. It was my biggest crowd at the time (aleruscenter!), & I remember feeling a little self conscious to sing a “Disney” song in front of my peers. I wondered what they’d think of my song choice. It’s funny how sure of the world we feel at 18. High school graduation feels like such an arrival point in life. & it is, but we are still so young. A lot of steps, moves, & changes - & 10 years later - I’ve probably never felt so unsure of how so much of the world works. I have so many questions. I’m in my own lane, at my own pace, doing my own thing. Learning as I go. & the best part is that I’m doing this while caring so much less about what other people think. So here’s to you.
