These pb stuffed brownies are giving total Reese’s vibes! Would you believe me if I said they are GF and Refined sugar free?! These are a must try and require little effort! 😋 🍫 🥜
Ingredients:
Brownie layer-
2 eggs
1/3 cup pb
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 coconut oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup blended oats (to a flour)
1/4 cup almond flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 scoop Orgain protein powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup Skinny Me chocolate chips
Pb layer-
1/2 cup pb
1/6 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. blended oats (to a flour)
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2) Mix eggs, pb, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla.
3) In another bowl mix oat flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and protein powder.
4) Add dry ingredients to wet. Then add your chocolate chips.
5) Grease an 8x8 dish or line with parchment paper. Then put half the batter at the bottom.
