Each bar has 10g of protein and is the perfect way to hit your protein goals and eat candy! It’s all about balance! 1 cup creamy peanut butter (nutsnmore) 3 tbsp sugar free maple syrup 2 1/2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (questnutrition ) 1/4 cup chocolate chips (skinnymechocolates) 1 Tbsp coconut oil Favorite candy for topping I used twix snickers and mmschocolate 1. Combine the peanut butter and maple syrup in a glass bowl, and microwave it for 1 minute. 2. Mix together PB and maple syrup and then stir in protein powder 3. Distribute dough like texture in a small silicone loaf pan 4. Freeze for 30 minutes 5. In glass bowl combine chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave in 30 second increments until fully melted. 6. Pour of peanut butter bars and then top with crush candy of your choice!
