Talk about fall heaven in a cup… NEEDS (for 6 cups): 1 plain rice cake crunched in bottoms of silicone cups, 1 pint eatenlightened pumpkin cheesecake ice cream (about one scoop per cup) and 1/2 c melted chocolate spooned onto the tops.
