I’m here for all the pumpkin recipes! These protein pumpkin chocolate chips muffins are so tasty! They are only 122 calories and 7g of protein! You are going to want to save this recipe for later! They are the perfect post workout treat or on the go snack!
Ingredient
1 cup of oat flour
1 cup pumpkin purée
1 cup nonfat greek yogurt (siggisdairy )
2 large eggs
1/2 cup of vanilla protein powder (I used smoovblends )
1 tbs pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips (skinnymechocolates )
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Buy oat flour from the store or make it yourself by blending oats in blender or food processor. I used quaker oat flour from Walmart
3. Combine all the ingredients above and half of the chocolate chips into the batter
4. Pour batter into silicone muffin tin or greased muffin tin and add remaining chocolate chips to the top of the muff...
