CINNAMON CHURRO CAKE W/ SPICY CHOCOLATE GANACHE I made the mix as directed (3 eggs, 3 tbsp milk and vanilla extract), pour into silicone mold and bake for 20 - 30 mins depending, then let cool. Spicy Chocolate Ganache: 1/2 cup heavy cream 2/3 cup skinnymechocolates dark chocolate baking melts 1 tbsp of butter Dash of cinnamon powder Dash of dark chili powder Simmer on stove until smooth Pour ganache over cake and then sprinkle Cinnamon Churro mixture over each one. Let cool and enjoy. I know I'm late to the party, but love the flavor of this cake, the spicy chocolate paired really well with it.
